Active Information

Passive Information

belux automatically receives passive information when you use or access the Site, or through your use of certain browsers. belux hosts the Site on its servers in Belgium. Because belux is part of a global group of companies, Information that you submit to the Site may be shared with belux’s affiliates in the United States or other locations, only when the transfer is legally permissible and appropriate for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.

Your Information may be transferred, accessed and stored globally, as necessary for the provision of the products and services through the Site. belux may disclose and transfer the Information to IT providers, subcontractors and other third party service providers that assist with the operation of the Site or the associated activities.
